MEALS:
Meals will be served family style and menus are developed to allow for some flexibility regarding vegetarian choices. The camp is unable to provide for other dietary restrictions. If you have strict dietary requirements, we encourage you to supplement your camp meals with easy to prepare items that fit your dietary needs.

CABINS:
All cabins have heat, electricity and toilet/shower. We will do our best to honor all requests for both cabins and roommates; however, all cabin assignments will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. If we are unable to accommodate your requests, we will contact you to make other arrangements and/or issue refunds.

Accommodations:
The following list indicates all types of accommodations that are available for this event...

  • Standard Cabin (Has separate bunk rooms and restrooms for men and women. Most cabins also include a common room and possibly a kitchenette. $142 per person.)
  • Co-ed Cabin (Has shared restrooms and co-ed bunk rooms. Availability is limited. $142 per person.)
  • Family Cabin (Co-ed bunk rooms with extra space for cribs, toys, etc. Availability is limited. $142 per person.)
  • Deluxe Room (Private or semi-private room with twin size spring-mattress bed. Deluxe admission fee of $192 per person applies. Availability is extremely limited!)  SOLD OUT!
  • Accessible Cabin (Has wheelchair ramp at front door and accessible toilet. Availability is extremely limited. $142 per person.)
  • Tent (Allows you to set up a tent in a designated area. Please note that bringing a tent does not mean camping, cooking, or building a fire. Available tent space is limited. Cabin bunk will still be assigned, so tent sleepers do count against our total camp occupancy limit. Standard admission fee of $142 per person applies.)
  • RV on-site (Allows you to park an RV within the camp. Electrical hook up only—no water and no sewer. Availability is extremely limited! Preference given to those with disabilities. RV's do count against our total camp occupancy limit. Standard admission fee of $142 per person applies.)
  • RV off-site (For those who will be parking an RV in an area outside the camp. Day-Tripper admission fees apply as shown below. See our list of nearby RV parks.)
  • Day-Tripper (For those who will be attending the event during the day and evenings only. This means you do not require any sleeping accommodations. Availability is limited. Day-Tripper admission fees apply as shown below.)

ROOMMATES: (Roommate arrangements must be mutually requested by all parties concerned. Please indicate both trail names and real names whenever possible, to avoid confusion. TRANSPORTATION:
Parking on site will be limited and we encourage participants to carpool to and from the event site. We are also hopeful that once on site, you will be so busy that you won’t need or want to go off site.
