WAIVER & AGREEMENT

All attendees of the "We Live and Breathe Letterboxing" event will be asked to sign the following agreement when they check in.

"I agree to take full responsibility for the actions and well-being of myself and all minors in my care throughout the duration of this event. I understand and agree to hold the event organizers and the camp free from all liability. This includes but is not limited to loss or damage to any property, any incurred expenses and fines, or any injuries and/or deaths which arise from incidents involving myself or anyone listed on this form. I understand that consumption of alcohol is at one's own risk, and that unruly or obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund. I also understand that the camp and event organizers are not to be held responsible for individual physical limitations, personal conflicts with other attendees, or any disappointment resulting from not finding a letterbox. I hereby attest that I am not a minor and that I am of legal age and competency to enter into this legally binding agreement."
